Evaluation is a critical component of the human performance technology process. Alas, it is also the most frequently misunderstood, ignored, and abused component. This session provides a simple definition of evaluation and expands on it by exploring seven conceptual dimensions, six procedural steps, five important phases, four traditional levels, and three practical guidelines.
Warning: This session requires active participation. To walk the talk, the session will be evaluated by measuring your performance.
