works for the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC). At ICBC, Margy
has served as instructional designer and manager on a variety of projects involving
computer-based training, organizational change and IT technical training. She
currently manages ICBC's Information Services Education & Usability Department.
Margy has been a member of ISPI Vancouver for seven years and has held executive

Chok | Vice
President of Finance | | Alvin
has worked in large and medium size organizations over the past 20 years. He has
held key leadership positions in management and has helped organizations improve
in their performance effectiveness and service efficiency. Alvin has a unique
blend of organizational, management, technology and business expertise. A visionary
and progressive thinker, Alvin is currently the Principal of Atrium Management

MacNeil | Vice

is a senior consultant with Highland Training Group in Vancouver. Her experience
is in career training and business consultation. Margo
has a background in adult education and human resource development with a range
of projects primarily in diversity, team building, coaching, conflict resolution,
change management, customer service and instructional design. She
has a Diploma in Adult Education and over 25 years of experience in facilitating
management development workshops to North American and International audiences.
Margo enjoyed a career in the aviation industry before her career with Highland. | | | | Heather
Wye | Director

is a senior consultant with Highland Training Group in Vancouver. Facilitation,
training and organizational development are her strengths. Heather
has a Diploma in Adult Education and over 25 years of experience in designing,
developing and delivering both leadership and technically based programs. Her
experience includes facilitating management workshops and computer systems training
in North America, Asia, Europe and Australia. Heather's
clients include international commercial airlines, insurance companies, CIDA,
travel agencies, provincial Colleges, federal, provincial and municipal governments
and marine shipping agencies. Her customers have ranged from front line personnel
