Katherine Marlow

Katherine Marlow is a performance consultant with over 16 years of experience in learning and development, customer service, sales and marketing. Her company, KEM Learning & Performance Solutions, partners with organizations to bring out the best in people and process to transform performance. Prior to starting her own business, Katherine occupied management level positions with LifeScan Canada and TELUS Communications. Katherine brings with her a MA in Distributed Learning from Royal Roads University; a Certification for "B" Level Assessment Tools from Yorkville University; and a BBA from Simon Fraser University.

Katherine has received numerous accolades for outstanding customer service, team work, mentoring, and humanitarian endeavours. She is known as a "cultivator" of relationships. Katherine is an active member of the Canadian & American Societies for Training and Development and is the current chair of the BC HRMA Training & Development Roundtable.
