Lynn Corrigan
VP Logistics
 |
Lynn Corrigan, CHRP, is the Human Resources Manager for
Capers Community Markets, where she has worked since
1989. Prior to her role with Capers, Lynn worked with
smaller companies and non-profits in Vancouver and in
Kelowna, providing OD consulting and training. She has
been an ISPI member for two years. |

Michael Doody
President
 |
Michael Doody has been a
Learning Consultant for 12 of his 18 years working
in the Financial Services sector. Michael completed
his Masters of Arts in Leadership and Training at
Royal Roads University this June. Michael has been
involved with the International Society for
Performance Improvement for the last 6 years as V.P.
of Programs and currently President of the Vancouver
Chapter for the years 2007 - 2008. Michael likes to
feed his soul by taking advantage of Vancouver's
natural beauty while walking, hiking, and enjoying
life on the Drive.

Maureen Ewing
VP Membership
 |
Maureen, sole proprietor of Dynamic Delivery, holds a
passion for improving individual and organizational
performance through the enhancement of leadership,
learning, and relationship. Holding a strong belief that
performance improvement at an individual and
organizational level begins with self-awareness, her
work focuses upon understanding and recognizing how our
personality preferences, beliefs, and prior learning
affect our motivations, actions, and outcomes.
To support her endeavors, Maureen is a graduate of the
Royal Roads Master of Arts in Leadership in Training,
the Provincial Instructor and Adult Education Diploma
programs, the Douglas College Employment Counseling
Training Program, and is qualified to deliver several
psychometric assessments. She carries with her over
twenty-five years of combined experience in the
not-for-profit, post-secondary education, and corporate
sectors.

Gary Harper
VP Programs
 |
Gary Harper, through Harper and Associates, has been
working with the "people side of organizations" by
providing conflict resolution and communication
training, facilitation and mediation services.
Gary is a trainer, writer, speaker and facilitator who
recently authored The Joy of Conflict Resolution.
His workshops and presentations offer accessible,
practical concepts and strategies to understand and
resolve conflict. |

Margy Hayden
Past-President
 |
Margy works for the
Insurance
Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC). At ICBC,
Margy has served as instructional designer and manager
on a variety of projects involving computer-based
training, organizational change and IT technical
training. She currently manages ICBC's Information
Services Education & Usability Department. Margy has
been a member of ISPI Vancouver for seven years and has
held executive positions of membership and finance prior
to assuming the role as President for 2006.

Kathryn Potter
VP Communications
 |
Kathryn Potter is a communications professional who has
applied her skills in the corporate training environment
for more than 15 years at companies such as Thompson
Professional Publishing, Pivotal Corporation, and now
Kodak Graphic Communications Canada (formerly Creo).
Previous to that she was a reporter and researcher.
Kathryn studied theatre production, has Bachelors degree
in English, a graduate diploma in journalism and is a
certified online facilitator. Her current focus is
developing and implementing traditional and e-learning
training programs. |

Anny St-Yves
VP Finance
|
Anny St-Yves is a chartered accountant and has over
fifteen years of experience as a corporate financial
systems consultant. She works primarily with small and
medium size businesses to help them design appropriate
systems and processes. Combining her B. Sc. and her
Commerce background, she helps organizations identify,
cost justify and then implement procedures to make
operations more effective and efficient. She has hands
on experience across a variety of industries including
manufacturing, high tech and research.
