Vancouver Spectrum is the quarterly journal of the Vancouver, British Columbia,
Canada, Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI
Vancouver). Spectrum
was traditionally distributed in print but is now sent to chapter members
by e-mail in PDF. The issues are later archived on this site. Have a look at the
Winter 2004 issue
or back issues of Spectrum. You
are encouraged to submit articles and other newsworthy material on a spectrum
of topics related to ISPI Vancouver and human performance improvement. Use Word
or a compatible format. Spectrum may make editorial changes. Send
