Welcome to Spring!

These are exiting times for ISPI Vancouver, with the recent International conference in our beautiful city behind us, and our first ever Annual General Meeting ahead of us on June 14th.

ISPI Vancouver Elections

ISPI Vancouver is holding elections for Executive Council Positions this June. Four positions are open for self-nomination:

1. President Elect. The President-Elect role commences July 1st for 6 months. The member who fills this vacant position will servealso serve as 2006 President and Past President to June 30, 2007.

2. Vice President of Programming. This position, which will be vacant at the end of June, is for a two-year term from July 2005 to June 2007.

3. Vice President of Finance. This position, which will be vacant at the end of June, is for a two-year term from July 2005 to June 2007.

4. Director at Large. This new position is for a two-year term from July 2005 to June 2007.

Nominations are by self-nomination and must include your bio and a statement of interested addressed to the executive. Submit your self-nomination to Lori Smith at lori.smith@telus.com. If you wish to explore a position before self-nominating, you may also contact Lori at 604-432-2188. Lori is a past-president of ISPI Vancouver and is coordinating the election process.

Self-nominations will be accepted up to and including June 7, 2004 at 6:00pm (Pacific). If required, elections for contested positions will commence prior to the AGM on June 14th.
