Beyond Transfer of Training

Beyond Transfer of Training: Engaging Systems to Improve Performance, by Mary L. Broad

Since it was first published in 1992, Transfer of Training has become a landmark book in the development and application of training and performance improvement interventions. Beyond Transfer of Training; Engaging Systems to Improve Performance, co-published with the International Society for Performance Improvement, moves beyond that classic work and integrates the challenges of today's complex systems into its guidelines, flowcharts, examples, checklists, and case studies.
