Leading Change: The Keys to Expediting Business Results

Join us on October 5th with Dr. Nancy MacKay for our dinner member event.

Dr. Nancy MacKay will use her experience in coaching hundreds of executives and leaders in larger organizations, and working with a myriad of small firms to provide advice on how to expedite business results. Learn how to include leading change as a competency in your current role, and/or how to get better at it if you already have it.

Dr. Nancy MacKay is a consultant, coach, speaker, professor and author. Her consulting firm, Inspire Action International, Inc. has attracted clients such as the Provincial Health Services Authority, UBC, Pacific Blue Cross, QLT, Envision Financial, ICBC, BCIT, and Methanex. Nancy is a certified executive coach, Myers-Briggs Type facilitator, and organizational change consultant. She serves on the board of the Vancouver Chapter of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and she is the e-seminar facilitator for the CIO Association of Canada.

Her speaking includes keynotes and workshops for large organizations and major conferences. Nancy is a professor in the Business Faculty at Simon Fraser University where she teaches courses on Leading Organizational Change and Information Technology Strategy. Her Ph.D. is in Information Technology and she is the author of numerous scholarly articles that have been published in international research journals.

From the information, the MASIE Center edited and compiled a book containing 141 pages and 14 chapters of tips covering the ABC’s of getting started to global implementation strategies.
