A full refund, less a $25 processing
fee will be issued for cancellations submitted in writing to the ISPI one week
prior to an event or workshop. Substitute attendees are permitted up to the day
of the event or workshop; member/non-member rates will be applied. Refunds cannot

Monthly events include a meal and are free for members,
