On
September 13th,
we will kick off our fall events with Dr. Roberta Neault,
CCC,
RRP, who will speak on Emerging
Skills for HR/OD Professionals. Corporate
environments have changed drastically over the past 20 years. Human Resource and
Organizational Development professionals are faced with several resulting challenges,
including: - Skyrocketing
stress-related illness and disability costs
- Difficulty
retaining good employees
- Significant
decreases in employee engagement
In
our current knowledge economy within a global workplace, organizations need to
attract and retain top talent. HR professionals are tasked with ensuring that
their employees have more reasons to stay than to leave. Organizations providing
enhanced HR services-such as career management, performance coaching, leadership
development, succession planning, and learning management-are reaping a return
on investment by building (and retaining) a talented and productive workforce. Join
us for this evening with Dr. Roberta Neault and leave with: - A
deeper understanding of the impact of local, national, and global influences on
employee recruitment, retention, and engagement
- Specific
possibilities for enhanced employee services that focus on career management,
coaching, and fostering learning opportunities and result in measurable performance
improvement and other key returns on investment
- Tips
to ignite employee performance by aligning individual purpose and passion with
organizational vision and strategic plan
