A full refund, less a $30 processing
fee will be issued for cancellations submitted in writing to the ISPI one week
prior to an event or workshop. Substitute attendees are permitted up to the day
of the event or workshop; member/non-member rates will be applied. Refunds cannot

who will speak on Victims, Villain and Heroes: Moving
Beyond the Drama Triangle of Confrontation.
Author
Gary Harper's “drama triangle of conflict” will deepen your understanding
of interpersonal disputes and allow you to reconcile widely divergent perspectives.
You’ll
explore “when the knife went in” to identify the root cause of conflict. This
fun, interactive workshop will also show what The Three Little Pigs can teach
