Policy
A full refund, less a $30 processing
fee will be issued for cancellations submitted in writing to the ISPI one week
prior to an event or workshop. Substitute attendees are permitted up to the day
of the event or workshop; member/non-member rates will be applied. Refunds cannot
be completed online - instead, send an email to registration@ispi-van.org. | | | | Monthly
Events Monthly events include a meal and are free for members,
$30 for guests. | | | | Special
Events Periodically we offer Special Events. Special Events are
not included in membership fees, however a discount is made for members. | | | | Networkers'
Table Members can display materials at our ISPI

session will bring to life what causes well
intentioned individuals to shift from cooperative
conversations to competitive tactics.

This
fast-paced and entertaining discussion will ask
participants to throw in their most challenging
phrases so we can brainstorm approaches to
effectively deepen the discussion, take us to our
goals or simply shut them up

Jessie Sutherland:
Finding Home in Conflict
Our values play an important role how we perceive,
interpret and act in conflict situations. In this
session, you will learn a values-based approach to
responding to conflict and leave with tools you can
apply right away.

Kim White: Coaching Those in Conflict
Kim will share how she adapted her
experience as a “life coach: to apply to those
working through conflict. A great session for those
tasked with supporting others to address conflict
productively
